Where can I find the roof terrace?
When you enter the building through the main entrance, you'll see a staircase on your left. You can either walk all the way up this staircase or take the elevator to the left of the staircase to the 5th floor and then walk up the last two flights of stairs to the roof terrace.
Where can I park my car?
There's a small parking lot next to the building that looks deceptively inviting. This property belongs to the city, and parking there is at your own risk.
Where do I leave my bike?
You can park your bike in our bike cellar. You'll find it in the basement, in the middle of the hallway—just look for the signs.
Where do I dispose of my garbage?
The disposal room is located opposite the bicycle cellar.
How do I check into my apartment?
If you arrive outside of reception opening hours, you will receive an email from us on the day of arrival or one day before if necessary with your access details for the building and directions to your apartment. Should you still have any difficulties or questions, you will find our emergency number in your check-in email.
How does the stove work?
Our apartments have an induction stovetop that's controlled by the fingertip navigation pad. If the stovetop is on but you can't turn on the burners, the key lock is probably active. To deactivate the key lock, hold down the key until you hear a beep.
How does the Internet work?
