Where can I park my car?
There's a small parking lot next to the building that looks deceptively inviting. This property belongs to the city, and parking there is at your own risk.
Where is the laundry room and how do the washing machines work?
The laundry room is located in the basement opposite Apartment 02. To do your laundry here, you only need the WeWash app and your own detergent. Instructions are available in your apartment or directly in the laundry room.
When will my apartment be cleaned?
Your apartment will be cleaned weekly. Generally, it will be cleaned on the day of your arrival. The weekly cleaning may be delayed by a day. You are welcome to arrange this personally with the housekeeper.
Can I use Netflix on my TV?
Yes, you can use your Netflix account on our TVs. You can get the appropriate cable for a stable internet connection from reception.
